As a crucial member of our team, a Chicago Usher may be requested to work a flexible schedule inclusive of early mornings, day & evening shifts (late evenings may be required), weekends, holidays and back to back events. An Usher’s role is responsible for greeting the guest, directing the guest through various entry/departure points, assisting with emergency or medical situations and answering general questions regarding the event or the Chicago Theatre.
